ilo4 remote console from linux only environment

Since the NSAPI is being removed from all browsers, how are we in a linux only environment supposed to be able to use the java remote console? There is a very short lived way to re-enable it on Firefox 52, but will be permanently dropped with 53.

Latest iLO3/iLO4 firmware versions added a "Java Web Start" feauture where the Remote Console is launched using JNLP
