After updating the ROM of our Proliant 800, I am unable to start NT because of the above error (BLUE SCREEN)... ROM from 5/16/97 to 4/19/2000. What should I do or should I update the SCSI controller too? Where can I get that? It's a bit urgent, your immediate response is very much appreciated... Thanks.

this is most likely a problem with controller boot order..when you update the rom it sets it back to factory defaults...boot into the f10 and choose the first menu...choose the first menu again and then it will scan for hardware..when it is done this it will come back to a screen with two choices in a box near the bottom..choose review or modify hardware settings..then on the next menu choose view or edit details..scroll down the list to your controllers and make sure the one your disks are on is set to first in the boot order...if not change it to first and save and exit..this SHOULD work unless there are further issues
