low transfer rates on HP ProLiant DL380 Gen10 drives: second try

Before I turned on cache I have poor trasfer level: SEQ1M Q8T1 read: 1999 MB/s, write: 1909 MB/s
I turned on the cache. It helped. For a while I had a transfer rate of:
SEQ1M Q8T1 read: 6955 MB/s, write: 6893 MB/s
However, now it's back to the level again:
SEQ1M Q8T1 read: 1999 MB/s, write: 1909 MB/s
How to get better transfer rate permanently?

My HPE Smart Array configuration:
