Hi,
a few days ago I bought an HP ML110 Gen10 server.
For a few days the server was running ESXI 7.0.2 and I had no problems with it.
I started doing updates this morning through Service Pack Prolint.
Up to approximately 30-40 minutes, the process has stopped and nothing happens.
I booted the ISO SPP image via the iLO5 interface
You can see it in the attached screenshot.
The "Start Over", "Abort" and "Reboot" buttons are not active.
The "EXIT" button is also disabled.
What to do now?
Wait? I have to go to work and be back in 9 hours.
Or can I turn off the server and turn it back on?
I know this is a firmware update and I am worried that if I manually off it now some component may stop working.
Solved! Go to Solution.

These links are not helpful at all.
I read it before updating!
My question is different.
I will repeat them ...
Can I turn off the server now and not damage any components?
I know this is a firmware update.
Nothing has changed for almost 4 hours.

Re: ML110 Gen10 - firmware update with SPP - stuck???
My issue was because the Idle Connection Timeout (minutes) was set to 30 minutes. so before update fw set it to Infinite
