We have a new ML30 that arrived with no drives. Installed 2 4tb drives in bays 1, 2 and it has 32 gig of memory.
When it turns on, the yellow light is displayed. When it is pressed (a few times), it goes green. When green is pressed, all the lights display and flash. Fans never start up, and nothing is displayed on the screen.
HPE sent us a new motherboard, but the problem is the same. To be honest, their help has not been good, so I'm hoping I can find help here.
Any help is appreciated.

Re: ML30 won't boot and fans do not turn on
Dear jrsitman
Please help us by sharing IML log to identify the actual issue on your server.
Please log into iLO Web console, search for Intigrated managment log. snapshot the log and share with us, also elaborate front panel LED indication and activity.
Thanks & Regards...

Re: ML30 won't boot and fans do not turn on
Dear jrsitman
Its not frequaired to server boot in to OS, If you know iLO IP, Just connect with iLO port and open browser, search for the IP adress, it will open iLO web page, log into the iLO web page, and share IML log. If you still not able to do this. let me know your convinient time, will connect you by private massage.
Thanks & Regards...
