ML330 G6 SPD DIMM An Uncorrectable error occurred

I have server just for few months. Is this serious memory problem and do I need to exchange this memory under warranty?

What could be the problem?

Serial presence detect (SPD) information - DIMM 3, Card 1

Correctable Error Threshold Exceeded Status No DIMM errors detected
Uncorrectable Error Status An Uncorrectable error occurred
Correctable Error Threshold Count 0
Uncorrectable Error Count 1

Upgrade to the latest BIOS version 2011.01.29. If this problem will occur again, then contact with HP service.
