ML530-G3 Smart Array 532 UnixWare 7.1.1 HBA disk problem

While installing the 7.1.1 , when prompted for the HBA diskette I am inserting the HBA diskkete made by Compaq smart start EFS , and tried with the UNIXWare HBA disk also , it is not accepting it returning the error not an HBA disk, and down the screen it says "error mounting diskette".

Config details.

ML530 G3 Server
02 GB RAM
02 Xeon processors 2 Ghz
smart Array 532 controller
(with latest firmware)
UNIXWare 7.1.1
Compaq Smart Start 6.1/5.5

Note : We tried single processor , 1 GB RAM and the on board SCSI ULTRA III controller also, did not work
