Power cable for P824i-p MR Gen10

Hello,

I'm new to this board and hope you can help me with my matter.

I recently had the luck to obtain a P824i-p MR Gen10 controller for a DL385 G10 system on eBay.

Unfortunately, the power cable for the backup battery wasn't included and the standard one doesn't fit for this special controller.

So I'm asking for advice where to buy that simple cable to make the controller caching fully work.

thanks for the answer, so the battery is directly connected to the controller or does the kit contain both, battery plus this special unknown cable?

no, unfortunately not, the seller on eBay sold the controller without the cable.

How to handle this now?

Please share the clear picture of card showing up serial no / spare no and connector.

yu may log a case with support team as well for missing cable issue.

Thanks, I finally switched the Controller to the P816i-a SR, with no issues at all.
