Problems with ram after upgrading the cpu

Hey! I have a problem with my HP Proliant DL380 G6.

After upgrading my CPU (E5530 to X5670) i've had problems with the dimm slots.

I've installed on every dimm slot 4gb "Rx4 PC3 10600R RAM.
But the dimmslots 1-4-7 wont work after upgrading the cpu...

I tired everything, Changing the RAM etc and I don't know what to do...

Maybe you guys can help me

Kind Regards

processors, an RBSU option is available to disable 1333MHz operation (which will result in 1067MHz
operation).
NOTE: UDIMM support is only on 12-slot servers.
