Guys....
I have had a nightmare with our HP DL370 G6 server since Friday 23rd Dec. The Power Supply Backplane died however during my diagnosis I tried a lot of other things which included removing the drives and resetting various things on the system board. I've since got a replacement and tried booted the system back in to life, kind of. I could swear I replaced the drives in the correct order but its refusing to boot.
I've installed Windows 2012 R2 on a temporary HDD using the SATA on board to get the ADU installed and got a report but I can't figure out which HDD's are in the wrong location. Can anyone read the report and tell me where I'm going wrong? I've also tried the HP SmartStart 8.70 ISO and reset the system totally (with the drives removed) and still got no joy.
The error I'm getting is -
1785 - Slot 4 Drive Array Not Configured.
Drive positions appear to have been changed.
Run Array Diagnostics Utility (ADU) if previous positions are unknown.
Then turn system power OFF and move drives to their original positions.
I've linked the ADU report it here.
Solved! Go to Solution.
