Hi @FRANK22 ,

This is what I know:
1. Only HPE OEM Windows OS image is valid for installation using HPE Intelligent provisioning.
2. IP will not support Custom or third-party images.

Which is your scenario ? 
Scenario 1:    You have a bootable USB drive with Windows OS. (I assume, you have not copied the ISO image to USB directly, it is created as bootable.)
     Solution: You can go ahead and install the OS using Intelligent provisioning with usual steps. Make sure, the USB should be selected as Source media.

Scenario 2:   You have a USB drive with the image of old system created by a third party tool like Ghost, Acronis, Windows SIM etc. to restore.
    Solution:   HPE Intelligent won't support these images, you have to refer the steps as provided by tool.
