Sudden shutdown of the server

Dear community,

i have a critical problem on the ProLiant DL360 Gen10, the server suddenly shuts down by itself and does not restart normaly and there are no infos on the system logs like overheating or power cut, even i tried to simulate a power cut situation and the server started normaly, also the shutting down event is irregular.

please i need your help.

Betreff: Sudden shutdown of the server

Did you upgrade the system ROM firmware before that event?

I experienced some strange behaviour on G10 servers after a firmware update. It seems that some updates run in the background and when they are finished, the server suddenly reboots. Sometimes it takes a while until it is ready again for booting.

If not, then a firmware update would help... I know that sounds strange, but especially the early firmware versions had a lot of bugs.

Re: Betreff: Sudden shutdown of the server

Greetings!

Do you notice any errors or events in the Integrated Management Logs corresponding to the time the issue occurred?
