Which driver is supported for Azure Stack HCI 23h2 with the HPE Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port 621SFP Adapter on a DL380 Gen10 server?

Since Azure Stack HCI does not contain a full UI or browser, it is necessary to update HPE drivers and software using The Smart Update Manager (SUM) from the command line.
