Symc8xx.sys
I'm upgrading a Proliant 3000 from Windows NTS 4.0 SP 6 to Windows 2000 with a fresh install. Whenever windows setup begins to start the GUI part of the setup, I get the following error:
Stop: 0x00000D1 (0x00000002, 0x00000005, 0x00000000, 0xF22EA88F)
Address F22EA88F base at F2E8000, Date Stamp 37ed1e74 - symc8xx.sys
If this is the first time....(etc.)
We have the most current BIOS installed.
We're running Dual Pentium II 333s with 768 MB RAM, 2 - 9 GB HD on a 3200 array in mirror.
Any help would be appreciated

Re: Symc8xx.sys
The chipset for the embedded SCSI controller is Symbios Logic. Please make sure to skip mass storage detection and use the Compaq CPQ32FS2.sys driver. This should resolve your issue.
