System Management Homepage Issue
Hello,
I have 3 HP Proliant ML370 G4 servers. Two of them work just fine when viewing SMH. However, on one of them when I log in it says that the system model type is "Null" and when I look at the Power Supply under Recovery it doesn't report a status and just displays N/A. I do have redundant power supplies.
The green status light for exterior health is present and I'm a bit worried if the main power supply fails it won't use the redundant ps. I want to be able to get SMH to work.
Has anyone seen this issue before? I'm currently away from the server so I can't report the version, but it's been a few years since it was installed. If there are updates can they be applied without rebooting the server? Is there any tricky issues involved with doing an update? Can you link me to the update files?
Sorry for all the questions. I'll respond with more information if needed. Thanks.
