The new version of SMH does not provide for enable/disable ASR. Is this still possible from the OS or will a restart be required?
Also, can the User Asset Tag in the BIOS be modified from the running OS?

The SMH is not presenting the ASR enable/disable options probably because the data source is WBEM

You can check what the data source is by logging in to smhp - settings - data source

Change it to SNMP if its WBEM. Also a RW string must exist so you can make (write) changes

To change the Asset Tag, RBSU is the place for which the server needs to be rebooted
