SolutionDear JACKIS
As per your provided information your server crashed earlier, and now able to boot normally. I think its boot order might be affected. Request you to provide correct and full information to get proper help from us. anyways please check your BIOS configuration boot section From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Boot Options > Boot Order Policy
- Select a setting.
Retry Boot Order IndefinitelyтАФThe system continuously attempts the boot order until a bootable device is found.
Attempt Boot Order OnceтАФThe system attempts to execute all items in the boot menu once, and halts the system.
Reset After Failed Boot AttemptтАФThe system attempts to execute all items once, and reboots the system.
- Save your setting.
for Boot Mode
- From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Boot Options > Boot Mode.
- Select a setting.
UEFI Mode (default)тАФConfigures the system to boot to a UEFI compatible operating system.
Legacy BIOS ModeтАФConfigures the system to boot to a traditional operating system in Legacy BIOS compatibility mode.
- Save your setting.
- Reboot the server.
If every thing is Okey, then in POST screen press F10 for Intelligent Provisioning Option. select option Perform Maintenance > HPE Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA) > Actions, click Configure > Set Bootable Logical Drive/Volume > тАФSets the primary and secondary boot logical drives and volumes. Local logical drives as well as remote logical drives and volumes are listed for selection.
Reboot your system and check.
I could provide you with clear and helpful instructions. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help! Have a great day!
Thanks & Regards...
Rabindra

Re: UNABLE TO BOOT NORMALLY
Dear JACKIS
It seems that monitor display might be slightly tiltd in right side. try to adjust by physical monitor, and adjust by pressing keys on monitor.
Might be resolved the issue.

Re: UNABLE TO BOOT NORMALLY
working on another computer. the built in video adapter has failed to work,
we replace it with a pcie card. the server display normally now , make the
post but stuck on hpe enterprise logo while we can remotely gain access in
the ilo interface on another computer via the server ip. I don't think it
is something about monitor. please could a private conversation about it?

Re: UNABLE TO BOOT NORMALLY
Dear JACKIS
As per above note, after electric shock, on board display getting faulty. now you are useing a PCI card on which this display given.
Please use recommended part inside the server. Please check for HDMI/ DVI display card. installed VGA card might be not supported properly.
Thanks & Regards...
