Unable to boot to Intelligent Provisioning ISO error: invalid arch-independent ELF magic.

Capture.PNGI am trying to boot to an intelligent provisioning v1.7 ISO through the integrated remote console and I am getting this message.  This is on a ProLiant DL380P Gen 8 server.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  I am trying to upgrade to be able to install windows server 2016.
