Unable to configure the Redfish
Hello Team,
How are you?
Team, i have a hardware ProLiant DL380 G10 and i'm receiving the following error when i add it in the Oneview.
"Unable to configure the Redfish event subscription on the management processor, which is required by the appliance for server management.
Base.1.17.EventSubscriptionLimitExceeded."
Had anyone faced this issue before?
If yes, how will you fix it?
I tried the steps to refresh the server, reboot the server and nothing.

Hello,
It is possible that some software in your environment may have created redfish subscriptions that may be resulting in this behavior. Worse case scenario for this problem will likely require a factory reset of the iLO to resolve. A factory reset of the iLO will wipe out all configuration settings, so this should be done with care. You can always reconfigure the iLO, but the default iLO password will need to be obtained from the pull tab on the front of the server.
Another option is to manually delete one or more subscriptions. You can issue the following from a rest/redfish client:
GET https://<iLO IP address>/redfish/v1/EventService/Subscriptions
You should be able to see your subscriptions on the iLO, then if you spot 1 or more that are no longer valid then you can just issue the following:
DELETE https://<iLO IP address>/redfish/v1/EventService/Subscriptions/<subscription ID number>

To address the above issue, I would suggest you to first check if you are able to ping the Host iLO from OneView.
