WARNING:hd: no root disk controller was found
I have a HP PROLIANT ML350 G4p AND want to install a SCO Openserver 5.0.7 on it.
Do you know where I can find the storage controler's Driver and how should I install it?

create BTLd diskette
boot from sco 5.07 CD
IF YOU HAVE SMART ARRAY 641
boot prompt type in:
defbootstr link=ciss hd=Sdsk Sdsk=ciss(0,0,0,0) Srom=wd(0,0,0)

Sorry, it looks like that server model is not supported with SCO Unix operating system.
Here you'll find the SCO support matrix for server models:

You'll note that the selection is quite limited.
If you need to run SCO on newer hardware, you should plan on running it on top of VMware or a similar virtualization platform.
