agent version 7.00 no where in registry

agent version 7.00 no where in registry

we are deploying 7.00 agents in to our environment "approx. 700+ servers with 6.40 agents" and wanted to do a quick regread of the registry at the end to find out if we missed something. after testing one server I found out that it still say 6.40... under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\compaq\CPQInstall\Compaq Foundation Agents" version.

I dont want to use CIM7 to gather this info because Software Version Status Polling task takes forever to run especially in our environment.

any one know where I can pull the version info. of the 7.00 agents currently installed in the registry?
