Automate sending test traps

Is there a way to automate the snmp test traps from a script or CIM XE task so that I do not have to login to each server and go to the control panel to send the test trap?

The only way I can think of is this:
1. Verify that the web agent is running on the target devices.
2. Create a SET DISK THRESHOLD task and set the warning threshold at 2%
3. Each system, provided it is set up correctly, should send an event.

Insight Manager XE has no way to automate the "test trap" functionality in the agents.
