Dell Server Integration Into IM7sp2

Has anyone had any luck integrating Dell servers into IM7sp2? Ironically, Dell has a good document on this:

Though the doc is geared towards sp1, you can see where the author is going. I believe I was able to follow the doc accurately, and am able to see the Dell servers, however, I am not able to get any details, ie, power supply failure, drive failures, I only see them as up or down.

Has anyone successfully done this?

It probably won't help much, but I'm running IM7Sp2 off a custom-built server (Flyer brand???).
It can apparently monitor itself, but since I've not yet had any failures I can't really tell.

Cpu usage, OS, uptime, network traffic do show up with some metrics.

Here is what I have found out, we had to set our SNMP communities and trap info on the Dells and install the OpenManage Server Administrator.
