Email won't forward...MAPI Error

My new installation of insight 4.9 wont forward alarms to email. when I setup the email forwarding and try to add an email address the program states "The MAPI subsystem does not support this feature" please help

fixed my own problem......notes does not support mapi.... installed outlook express as mapi client
