Remote Insight/ Integrated Lights-Out Interface Error. The host OS has detected an error in the Remote Insight/ Integrated Lights-Out interface. The firmware is not responding

hello -

Log on to the management web interface of the server that has the RIb board installed. In case you didn't know how, http://servername:2301

when you get to the homepage, there is a section that's called Management processor.

there should be two linsk there one for the nic on the rib board and the other is remote insight. Click on the remote Insight link and it will display the status of your RIB board.
