Insight Mngr 7 Configure SMS alerting

I am wondering if someone could help me figure out how to configure in the user accounts to setup for sms to a mobile phone (not a pager). I really need to get this working and can only assume i need to subscribe to a service from a phone provider. I assume they then give me the numbers to use under "phone number" and "pin" in IM.

IM7 only supports the TAP protocol for paging. If your service provider doesn't use TAP, common methods are calling a 3rd party applet from IM7's Application Launch or using an email gateway. There have been several discussions recently on various peoples' experience on this topic in this forum. Go back a few pages and you should see them.

If your phones support text messaging by email this is the easiest way to set this up. Check with your phone provider to determine the proper format for the telephone's email address.
