Scheduled Task - Update Firmware/Software

When running a task from IM7 sp2.3, I receive the following error;
On the server containing IM7 - Cannot update local Insight Manager 7 device.
On all other servers - Version Control agent is not available.

I have configured the trust relationships, and configured the version control agent repository on the IM7 server, and the version control agent on all other server.

Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.
