WebAgent\index.tpl not found

k.. Several posts on this issue.

ANYONE have a fix? I took a 4.7 version to 4.9 (Installed on top) and then re booted. Survey works okay. Management Agents stopped working. So I can't even look at them. HTTP 404 error with reference to \Web agent\index.tpl can not be found.

Exact same problem on a WIn2k box as well. From Version 4.9 to version 5.0 it did the same thing.

Has to be a File path error somewhere that's causing this! II file that doesn't get wiped out?

HELP...

I had same problem. Make sure that SNMP security config is set to allow Any IP address or include 127.0.0.1 in your list. Fixed it for me.
