I'm receiveing messages when a server is not reachable during a re-boot but I never receive a message when the system is back up. How do I get it to send a message when the system is reachable.

Solution
William,
You can configure this in the same place as the unreachable events. In SIM go to:
- Options
- Events
- Status Change Event Settings
Make sure the checkbox for "Enable creation of system status change events" is checked. If you want the events to automatically clear, check the box below that for "Automatically clear unreachable system status change events when system is reachable."
Past that, you would also need to create an event handler to message/page you when the "System is reachable" just like the one set when it's not reachable.
