Can't set System Property fo any server on SIM 5.2.2

Upgrate to 5.2.2 I have task to set sytems property to get all same site,phone contact for the ISEE to work, Now since the page has change to a dropdown menu I can't set it manually or by task.

on my test I found that I can't update any of my servers properties on the side of the conacts, Every time I do change any it isn't save or change. I try on my LAB and all owrks fine, How I can rebuild this part of the table or tables.
