Configure button is missing within my SIM homepage

Can someone tell me why I don't see a "configure" button between the deploy and diagnose buttons along the top of my SIM homepage?

Wich version of SIm do you 5.2 or 5.3?

I have seent this error you should upgrade to the Version 5.02 SP2,or you could try 5.03, it should resolve this problem.

But i recommande for now 5.02 SP2

I figured out my problem. Under user and Authorizations, select Toolboxes / Monitor Tools. Move all of the events over under Toolbox contents. Basically I didn't have rights to delete the events. Thanks for the replies.
