Failed to authenticate with the HPIO service.

Failed to authenticate with the HPIO service.

I tried to configure Insight Orchestration by clicking in SIM Tools -> Insight Orchestration. But this tool tells me that "The HP Insight Orchestration Tool cannot be displayed" In the Problem section the message is "Failed to authenticate with the HPIO service.".

Furthermore it tells me to restart the hpio service. I did this but with no success.

Can anyone help me?
