I am receiving the same error after installing PSP 8.20; server is 2003 sp1. I just changed the SMH data source from WBEM to SNMP and it did NOT make a difference. I am still seeing the errors every 2 minutes.

The only solution that ever worked for me, was to delete the network team(s) and recreate them. None of the NCU upgrades ever resolved the issue automatically so far.

I had more that 8 dumps on several servers, and all indicated the TEAMING DLL.

Has there been a solution to this issue other than un-installing WBE from add and remove programs?

In my case, dissolving the network Teams and recreating them with a recent NCU has resolved the error 100% of the time.

None of these solutions worked for me. Does anyone have an update from HP. Even trying to Mask the issue it still pops up.

i also had this problem, three windows 2003 (NOT R2) sp2 enterprise, no hp software installed, installed 8.20 and then the wmi was crashing, updated wbem mgmt agent to 8.25 and that didn't help, uninstalled wbem mgmt agents and errors disappeared.
