Firmware CD Downloads always corrupt

Hi All,
I know this is probably not the correct forum, but the general forum doesn't seem to get much traffic.

I've repeatedly tried to download the Firmware CD Zip files from the HP web site and they always come up as corrupt at the end.
The size seems right.
I've tried using both Firefox and IE to initiate the download.
I've never been able to initiate a download using a Download Manager.

Anyone seen this and resolved it?
Downloading the various CP00nnnn.exe files is never an issue.

Looks like it might be just an issue with my workstation, downloaded dierctly to a server and it worked fine.
