hello,
When I go into my VCRM it shows 4 PSP's and 1 Invalid Support Pack under "Repository Statistics". Under the heading "ProLiant Support Packs and Custom Software Baselines"
it shows a yellow triangle (minor problem?) by the PSP for netware 7.10A. When I click on the PSP it opens to show me the info, updates, but at the bottom where it shows the contents it shows "The referenced component is not in the catalog" by all of the components that makes up this PSP. I deleted the PSP and rescanned the VCRM and it shows it deleted in the log. When I put a new copy of the PSP into the Repository folder the error comes back. How can I resolve this problem so I can update my 2 Netware servers?
The other 3 PSP's are for Win2k, Win2k3, and SLES 9.
thanks...Joel

Solution
Unfortunately, Version Control is not supported in NetWare. Currently, there are only VC Agents for Windows and Linux. That is why the NetWare PSP shows up as invalid because the VCRM cannot deploy it.

Re: Help with VCRM on SIM 4.2
Thanks Rich,
That explains everything. I will update them manually. And remove the PSP from the VCRM. I have awarded you 10 points.
