How to get SIM 4.2?

How do I get a hold of a copy of SIM 4.2? I'm currently running SIM 4.1 that I installed off our v7.1 Foundation Pack. No matter how many times I've tried I haven't been able to download SIM 4.2 or any of the Insight Manager 7 updates off the HP web site. After completing the form and hitting Next it always comes back with "Error: Please correct the following error(s) before proceeding: Ordering denied". I had a co-worker try from his machine and he got the same results.

Yes, that's the same link I've been using.

I tried the link before posting and worked for me. Check with your network/security people to see if they have any blocks on download files.

Report download problems directly to the Software Depot using http://software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/feedback.do

I had the same problem from a customers network. I ended up downloading SIM at home instead.

I got the solution from Software Depot tech support. The solution that worked was to leave out the company name when filling in the form.

You need Java for your Browser.
