Greetings and thanks in advance,
Using Compaq's ML310 running Windows 2000 server. I'd like to be able to see the hardware RAID information in the Windows GUI. What tool do I install? We had a server fail because both drives in the hardware mirror failed. The server is remote to us and had no warning of the impending failures.

Solution
Have you installed the ProLiant Support Pack? That will come with all the drivers that the agents depend upon and the agents will present disk information in a web GUI format.

Re: How to view IDE RAID info from GUI
Thanks David! I thought I had installed this stuff before, but I didn't know how to access. Your link helped me find the URL and port number so I could use the web interface to get the info I needed.
