HP SIM configuration Steps fot FTP DB MAIL services

Please suggest how can i configure HP SIM to monitor all of this services.

SIM is a hardware monitoring tool, not an application monitor. That being said, you can monitor specific processes in Windows using the HP agents. Control Panel->HP Agents->Process tab or something like that. It will generate SNMP traps if the process changes state.
