Is there a plug-in to integrate Tivoli into SIM or SIM into Tivoli?

I am looking to get all monitoring applications integrated together in one console. We are currently running Tivoli and SIM version 4.1 and I am looking for a way to some how integrate them together. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The HP Insight Integration for TEC includes SNMP adapter definitions for over 700 individual notifications, in addition to BAROC event class definitions and rules to correlate over 350 SNMP events.
