Multiple VCRM's and VCA's

My question is if I have multiple VCRM's around the globe, and I have regional VCA's on each server that point to a certain VCRM, What keeps replication(Let's say the VCRM are DFS Type servers)from 1 VCRM from overwriting anothers security settings? Thus breaking all the VCA's in that area?

Well the security settings are not stored inside the repository. As long as you only replicate the directory structure that you use for your repository, you should be ok. The security settings for these web based applications are usually stored in the \compaq\wbem directory in a file called cpqhmmd.acl - so if this is not being replicated you should not be overwriting security settings.
