No Baseline for W2K - VCRM

Hi,

We are running SIM 5.0 and have a combination of Windows NT, 2000 and 2k3 server SIM is going to manage. VCRM is installed on the SIM server. I would like to install the current, 7.3, agents on all windows servers but when in VCRM in the Catalog tab under Software Baselines, server, I only see Windows 2003. How do I force a download of the current PSP for Windows 2000 and NT?

Re: No Baseline for W2K - VCRM

If you have a Smart Start CD, then you can upload the PSP to VCRM from CD using "Upload the Support Pack" link in "home" tab of VCRM and browse to "compaq\csp" path in CD

or if you have VCA installed in any one of Win2k and winnt servers then, just point that VCAs to VCRM and then Click on "Update from hp.com now" link in "Catalog" tab of VCRM

if you don't have the Smart Start CD and also don't have VCA installed in the servers then Go to the following link for win2k and winnt latest PSPs
