SIM Installation, Setup/Config. on Linux

Hi all,
I am looking for any doc that can help me to quote customer on How/what do we charges customer to install, and config. SIM on Linux.
Any Licenses fee for the prerequisite software(s) that they need to purchase? Any help or feedback helps.
