System Management Homepage

On ALL my Novell 6.5 servers the system management homepage link does not work. The URL is http://server_1:2301/ If I enter administrator for the user and administrator for the password it logs me in as anonymous.
IF I use the IP address of server_1 everything works fine. I also noticed that some of these servers do not show the link at all but if I type it in with the IP address it takes me to the correct page.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

I am sorry to waste yuor time and reply to this. But I was wondering if you could help me. I am a Windows guy and will need to support around 10 Novell 6.5 servers with HP SIM v5.0.

Can you please let me know if I can simply so a 'install initial support pack'?

How can I get these Novell servers on HP SIM?

I appreciate your help, and hope I haven't wasted your time.
