Too many servers with 0% disk use

A little question, if I have many servers where I suspect SIM does not properly detect disk use, where do I start looking for possible errors ?

See attached image for a better explanation, but when I'm doing a report I have too many servers with actual disk use but where I feel a percentage of 0% is maybe not always correct ?
