Trouble w/ Install Software and Firmware

Hello-

I've setup my CMS and have completed the initial PSP install my test server. Everything works Great, I can do version control, and install software updates one at a time but, When I use the Deploy menu to update firmware (or anything) it results with a Status: Failed.
The Status is "unable to contact system"
"(tooltip: HTTP status 500:Be sure the system is fully powered and the agent is running"

I've reconfigured and reinstalled the agents numerous times and have tried the some Forum items but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you pre-configuring the support pack before installing it?

Yes. With the certificate for the trust and everything.

More info. I tried replicating agent configurations and it gave me the error:

"Could not contact the Agents to initiate secure Session. the HP web agent(s) may be stopped, uninstalled, or downgraded."

I know the agents are installed and are running. I tried installing openSSH on the target machine and reinstalling openSSH on my CMS. Is there a possibility I did something wrong with installing openSSH?

On HPSIM, from the Options / Version Control Repository Tab is a Version Control Repository listed and Trusted?
From this page you need to be able to see the contents of the Repository. It may be HPSIM doesn't trust itself. Which might explain why the Client VCAgent can access the VCRM but the Deplot feature doesn't work.

Yes it appears Trusted. I can list all of the available updates in my repository. The error occurs after it attempts to run the task.

There may be an issue with the way I installed openSSH. I was logged in as the local administrator on this box when I installed SIM. Maybe I should have been logged in as the domain admin.

I wiped and started over. Found openSSH configuration to be one problem, had to reinstall Java Runtime and it looks like our antivirus software didn't let some scripts run nor did it let MSI launch some components. Be sure to disable antivirus before running installs.

Reinstalled and started from scratch. Think it may have been problems with openSSH, JAVA runtime and my antivirus software.
