Unable to access SIM login window

Hi All ,

I have installed HP SIM on Linux OS . When I try to invoke SIM login window from NT using url https://[cms_server}:50000 , nothing appears on the browser .
DO I need to do any settings.

Which browser? Not all are supported.

Iam using IE version 6.0 .
SIM is installed on RHEL 3 .
When I try to access the login page from Win XP , login page doesnt appear .
