Unable to view status in System Management Web interface

When I view the https://localhost:2381 i only get status on the version control.

Also in the top left corner it displays "System Model: unknown"

Viewing the server with Insight Manager 5.50 works fine.

I had the Proliant Support Pack version 6.40 on it, and then tried to install version 7.00 and rebootet but still no luck.

Can someone please help me with this.
The server is a Proliant ML350 G3.

I haven't updated many servers with 7.00A yet, but one of the few I did update had similar problems.

To fix it I Uninstalled the Management Agents, rebooted and then installed 7.00 again using the RDU.

It came right.

On mine, it showed two entries for the VC Agent!

Also, make sure that your SNMP settings are allowing from localhost and not just from the Insight Mananger Server.

I had the same issue but with 6.40A, I did the following:
Un-Install the agent
delete the wbem folder
Reboot
Install 6.40A
Reboot.

Still have the issue and cannot fix it.
Model is a DL580 G2 with lastest BIOS.

Techbiz -

Re-install the Agents and select the force downgrade option. after the reinstallation, reboot your server.
