user logins not showing systems

i have setup a homepage to show all systems when i log in and it works for me. whenever another user logs in they see no systems available. i tried running discovery under the other login and it still shows no systems, but i cannot manually add anything as it says it is already in the database. how do i get all users to see these systems and have the same homepage.

Check the users authorization. Make sure they have the same access as the admin to view the systems. You can change this by going into options -> Security -> Users and authorizations.

By default they're not, you need to grant the access to the "All Managed Systems, under Authorisations.

You can define additional groups of devices, under Systems Groups, and just grant the user the ability to see those. Useful if you've got some folk that are only interested in a subset of the devices.
