VCRM catalog empty.
I have SMH 3.0.1.73 and VCRM 2.2.1.830 but in the last update VCRM catalog always is empty, form SIM is the same. I rescaned, rebiult, updatde HP, deleled catalog.xml file but it isn't work. The others server and VCA work fine.
Some idea, thanks again.

Re: VCRM catalog empty.
Please check the vcrm repository is configured to the correct folder where the components are placed.
If yes then check in the repository folder for .mnf files are created for each components in the repository
Thanks

Re: VCRM catalog empty.
I checked the screenshot, everything seems to be fine in that.
Try restart HPVCRM service once.
Thnx

Re: VCRM catalog empty.
1) check VCRM log page for any error messages,
2)
a) Stop VCRM service,
b) Move psp*.exe files outside VCRM repository folder
c) Start VCRM service.

Re: VCRM catalog empty.
In the VCR HP SIM window (screen #3) click on the "Last update" link (left above the VCRM table). It may help.
