VPM Installation Error

I am trying to install VPM, everytime it failes with
"Product RMS not Installed: Service RMS error. The spcified service does not exist as installed service 0x424"

I have not been able to find a reference to what its looking for so far.

This is a DL360 G2 server running Windows 2003 Server.

Worked with HP Tech Support to find the answer.

VPM 1.0 can not install with an account that has special characters in it.

Changed the password on the account being used to install, then changed it back after vpm was installed.

The next version to come out will solve the password being able to have special charcaters, according to HP.
